Herman Lim, MSPE, ATC - Club Director
Herman is the founder and director of Performance Juniors Volleyball Club.  He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Masters of Science in Physical Education and Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences from Long Island University.  Herman currently teaches Physical Education at North Side School in the East Williston School District. He is also a NATA certified  and NYS licensed Athletic Trainer.  Since 1998 Herman has coached middle school, high school, and all levels 12-18 club teams .  
Karen Hogan - Technical Director
Karen has a Masters degree in Mathematics from Adelphi University and  a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.  Karen teaches math and coaches the girls varsity volleyball team at Holy Trinity High School in Hicksville.  In the past 7 years, her Trinity teams have won 2 league titles and 2 Class A State titles.  Karen began coaching volleyball in 1987 at Christ the King High School and then spent 3 years as the Head Volleyball Coach at Adelphi University.   In 2008, she coached the boys volleyball team at Holy Trinity and was named CHSAA Boys Volleyball coach of the year.  In 2009, her 13 Regional team ranked 2nd and traveled to the                                         Junior Olympics in Miami, Florida.   Karen's Performance VBC teams have ranked in the top 10 for                                     the past 4 years.    

Coaches

At Performance Juniors Volleyball Club  we know the best way to ensure  your athlete's success and skill development is to hire great coaches.  All our coaches have played the game and have  previous coaching experience, either on the  club, high school, or college level. Our coaches  are trained in skill analysis/development, game play/strategy and team building.   Our coaches are committed  to support your daughter by bringing her knowledge and skill of volleyball to the next level while fostering a passion and love of the sport!
